Since our inception in June of 2000, New York Mobile Notary Service has specialized in document notarization services throughout the Metropolitan area.  Our coverage area includes New York City, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Rockland County, Westchester County, Nassau County and Suffolk County.  Upon request, we will travel anywhere in New York State.  As mobile notaries we will travel to your home or office saving you time, money and offering convenience and professional service.

David Lever
David Lever graduated from Duke University and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in both New York and New Jersey.  He has years of hands on expertise with international documents and the document legalization process both as an attorney and as a businessman.  Prior to Mobile Notary Services, Mr. Lever was the Co-founder and Managing Member of Progress Packaging, LLC., a manufacturing business based in New Jersey.  Mr. Lever also worked previously as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Daven Industries, Inc. a specialty machinery manufacturer.  (see David's New York Notary License Here)

Maurice Hallivis
Maurice Hallivis is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance.  He has spent 7 years on Wall Street as an Investment Advisor, and 5 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker involved with the sale of Investment Properties.  He is the founding partner of A to Z Notary Supplies, which distributes notary supplies, stamps, seals and educational materials to notary publics nationwide.  He is the founder of the Notary Training Institute which instructs notaries on preparing for state exams as well as proper notarial practices.  In addition he is one of the leading experts on the digitizing and securitization of international documents for apostille and legalization purposes.  (see Maurice's New York Notary License here)
