It is our belief that customer service and expertise are the main reasons a signing agent will receive repeat business. The satisfaction of our clients is top priority. It is our goal to provide a pleasant and professional experience for you and your customers. This includes everything from booking an appointment, corresponding with the borrower and all parties involved, wearing the proper attire (suit and tie), completing the signing and returning the documents and invoicing the transaction. Clients will have ample time to review and sign all documents in a stress- free atmosphere usually in the comfort and privacy of their own home or office Our office is equipped with state of the art computers, phone systems, DSL for high speed downloads, and laser printers for document printing. We accept documents in all forms including E-docs and fax documents. We have a friendly and knowledgeable office staff available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. After this time we make ourselves available 24 hours a day via cell phone. The scheduling coordinator handles all appointments, track all documents, faxes back required forms and answers all questions. Their main function is to set up and track each signing to its completion. We are always in contact with our customers, working with them to set the appointments and keeping them informed or any changes or problems that may occur with the signing. The demographics of New York are unique and unlike any other city in the world. Oftentimes, New Yorkers can be very demanding and expect immediate responses to their concerns. The cultural diversity and nuanced social norms can be daunting to most. As native New Yorkers, we are familiar and comfortable navigating in this dynamic market. We know most doormen and are familiar with most buildings, hotels and hospitals throughout the city. We are patient and go the extra mile to make sure a closing is completed. If requested, we will provide a customer satisfaction survey for your borrower to fill out describing our performance. We are able to do more than just provide notary public services and we are able to walk your customers through the documents. Due to the current economic conditions in the real estate and mortgage sector, we have seen a relative decline in the volume of closings as well as a thinning out of signing agents in New York. New York Mobile Notary views these events as somewhat positive to its business model when the number of New York signing agents decline. We believe the part time singing agents brought lower fees, and poor service. We are, and always will be servicing the higher end of the signing agent market. We price our services competitively but purposely on the high side. We always accept rush jobs because we are in this business full time and are always available. We are looking to develop long term client relationships, and all of our best clients started with the first signing.
