New York Mobile Notary Founders Message
New York Mobile Notary Service was started in June of 2000 (9 years ago) because we could not find a notary public to notarize a lease agreement.  We figured other people throughout New York would benefit from our “notary on call” service and this has proven true.  We take great pride in our impressive list of satisfied clients. Also having a positive impact on people lives and assisting with adoptions, job applications, contracts and real estate purchasing is truly rewarding.

We have taken great measures and invested our resources to ensure the best service notary service available including:
  • Corporate office space in the heart of Wall Street and a dispatch center in Midtown so we can be at any location as quickly as possible.  (Please view the about us section of our website)
  • Trained staff to answer any questions our clients may have prior to notarization
  • Receptionist to receive and send all documents
  • Scheduler to confirm appointments and arrange for out notary publics to get in an out of buildings quickly
  • Shipping accounts with UPS and Fedex
  • Telecommunication System to be in contact with our clients at any and all times
  • Multiple Notaries who provide back up service for each other guaranteeing our attendance and punctuality
  • Dress Code suit/tie and appropriate business attire
  • Recordkeeping journals both log books and digital version to properly memorialize transactions with the utmost privacy and security for our clients.
We mention these unique features of our organization for 2 reasons.  Firstly, it allows us to provide the best possible service at the most competitive price.  Secondly, with the proliferation of “mom and pop” notary services operating from apartments, cell phones, or with no address listed it is a daunting task to determine which service to use.              

A “no show” by a mobile notary can prove to be costly.  We are probably more expensive than these “one man shows” but we are worth it for our reliability, professionalism and experience   After 9 years we have developed a loyal following of clients who rely on our company on a regular basis.

We have expanded our services to New Jersey and Washington DC and are currently negotiating for space in Connecticut.  As our company grows we remember the importance of always being the best at what we do.
